We do not sell or use your data for third-party marketing purposes. All providers above have Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the Republic of Moldova.
4. How long we keep the data
Form messages: kept for a maximum of 3 years at Web3Forms; our correspondence with you, for as long as needed to respond or for the duration of the collaboration. Locally stored browser data stays on your device until you delete it.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawing consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPDCP.
6. Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), Cloudflare infrastructure, anti-spam protection (Turnstile). We do not store passwords or payment data.

We update this policy periodically; the date of the last update is shown above.
